Our Story
Vodi Property Services began as a small residential renovation company, specializing in painting, decks, kitchens, and bathrooms. Over time, the company’s passion for quality craftsmanship and design evolved into a full-service real estate and construction business, now handling large-scale renovations, custom new builds, and commercial construction, including restaurant renovations.
The team prides itself on staying current with design while maintaining the integrity of each neighborhood they work in, blending modern living with the character of the community.
Their portfolio includes multiple multimillion-dollar projects, each featuring expansive custom kitchens and high-end finishes. With three to four more luxury properties scheduled for 2025, Vodi continues to push the boundaries of home renovation and construction.
Alongside these larger projects, the team consistently completes between four to ten major kitchen renovations each year, ensuring each client’s vision is brought to life with precision and care.
